Kat Creamer

Kat Creamer is the Operations Coordinator at Red Cell. Her primary focus is to partner with team members and managers across Red Cell and incubations to streamline recruitment operations, improve the candidate experience, and assist with all recruiting efforts.

Prior to joining Red Cell, Kat has over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruiting and University Recruiting from a variety of tech companies and startups. She has her Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from the University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University.
