Andy Ngo

Andy Ngo is the Assistant General Counsel at Red Cell. Prior to joining Red Cell, Mr. Ngo spent over 10 years running the Legal departments at various high-growth, high-velocity start-ups, helping new companies launch, grow, and ultimately exit, which includes Manta Software (data lineage management software), Pipedrive (a global CRM tool), and Reflexis Systems (retail auditing and workforce management software).

Mr. Ngo brings a high-energy, solutions-based attitude to the Legal function at Red Cell. As an in-house lawyer for most of his career, Mr. Ngo is passionate about advising and counseling many aspects of the business; leveraging his knowledge of business and legal strategy to ensure stakeholders are empowered to make informed decisions while limiting legal and compliance risk. He is experienced in closing large customer deals (over $450M+ in contracted revenue), quarterbacking critical company wide-projects (GDPR/CCPA compliance, SOC-2/ISO attestations), and managing external counsel matters. Additional experiences include stops at Oracle, Bank of America’s General Counsel’s Office and the District Attorney’s Office in Boston (Suffolk County) in their Gang Unit.

Mr. Ngo holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a BA from Stonehill College.
