Katie Stapp is the Senior Human Resources Manager at Red Cell, where she supports the firm and its incubations in shaping their thriving workplace cultures.
A seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong foundation in recruiting, Katie joins the firm from Zephyr AI, where she spent nearly three years building and leading the company’s HR function through significant growth and change. Prior to Zephyr AI, her career primarily focused on the healthcare recruiting space, where she developed her passion for people and organizational development.
Katie graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach and soaking up the sun whenever possible.
