Neil Wiesenberg

Neil Wiesenberg is a Senior Advisor to Red Cell’s Asset Management Division. He joins the firm with more than thirty years’ experience in investments, capital markets and related operations. His experience includes establishing and operating investment management firms, structuring and launching investment funds, as well as public and private equity and credit investing. Prior to Red Cell, Mr. Wiesenberg served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Centerline Capital Management, a private equity backed investment manager, where he established all of the firm’s infrastructure, operating policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and vendor and counterparty relationships.

Prior to Centerline, he served in a similar role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Archer Capital Management, a multi-asset class alternative investment firm, where he supported the firm’s growth from approximately $300 million to $1.4 billion under management by establishing a best practices institutional asset management infrastructure. Previously, he was a Managing Director in high yield and leveraged finance at CIBC World Markets where he was responsible for the origination and execution of high yield, restructuring and merchant banking transactions. Mr. Wiesenberg also held positions in investment banking at PaineWebber Inc. and Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated, among other firms.

Mr. Wiesenberg received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
