Nicole Della Cava

Nicole Della Cava is the Director of Finance at Red Cell. Prior to joining, she held various roles in corporate planning, operations, and sell-side equity research.

 Nicole most recently worked at Morgan Stanley as an Equity Research Associate, where she was responsible for covering the insurance sector. Before working in research, she spent three years at Equitable Holdings as an FP&A Manager in their New York headquarters; there, she helped manage key initiatives to align firmwide financial targets. Early in her career, she was hired into a two-year rotational program at AllianceBernstein which led to a full-time role in their alternatives business.

Nicole holds a BA in English and Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
